AURA METEO

Aura Meteo support

Contact marco.devincentis81@gmail.com for help. Tell us your device model, iOS/watchOS version and what happened. Do not send passwords, payment details, Apple verification codes or API keys.

Watch and widgets

Open Aura on your iPhone to load the weather for your chosen city. iPhone widgets use that summary and show its timestamp. On Watch, the updated app can refresh Apple Weather directly for the synchronized place, including complications when watchOS allows background updates. Open Aura on iPhone once after updating to synchronize the place. Without a network connection, complications can use saved hourly forecasts for up to 24 hours, marked as forecasts.

Premium

Use Restore purchases in Aura if an active subscription is not recognised. Manage or cancel renewals in Apple subscription settings. A free trial, if offered, is only for eligible users.

Notifications

The notification service is currently a private pilot. Notifications can be delayed or unavailable and are not a substitute for official safety information. Use “Disable and delete from server” in Aura to remove a notification registration.

Data sources

Apple Weather, Open-Meteo, CAMS/Copernicus for air quality, and GeoNames. The radar viewer covers Italy and is supplied by Italian Civil Protection. Availability varies by source and location.
